The Youth Development and Leadership Workshop Series (YouDaL) is a flagship initiative of the Amaka Chiwuike-Uba Foundation (ACUF), designed to empower young people with essential life planning, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills. Held monthly, YouDaL equips youth with the tools to succeed by helping them work, learn, thrive, connect, and lead in today’s dynamic world.
YouDaL is more than a workshop — it’s a movement to cultivate responsible, confident, and visionary youth leaders capable of driving meaningful change in both public and private sectors.
The YouDaL series features interactive workshops, group projects, leadership simulations, and expert-led training sessions on topics such as:
Each session includes peer-to-peer learning, mentorship from professionals, and real-world case studies tailored to Nigerian and global realities.
YouDaL collaborates with schools, universities, local governments, private sector partners, and community organizations. The program is open to youth aged 15–30 across Nigeria, with growing plans for regional expansion.
