Overview

The Bringing Youth to Services Programme (YouServ) is the Amaka Chiwuike-Uba Foundation’s inclusive pathway for reconnecting young people—especially those facing social, economic, or educational barriers—with the opportunities they deserve. By working hand-in-hand with schools, faith-based organisations, families, and community partners, YouServ creates safe, inspiring environments where youth can regain confidence, develop market-ready skills, and become active, healthy participants in society.

YouServ envisions an equitable world in which every young person enjoys access to quality education, healthcare, meaningful work, and supportive networks—regardless of background or circumstance.

Objectives

  • Provide alternative routes back into education, training, and employment for out-of-school or disengaged youth.
  • Cultivate self-esteem, leadership, and life skills that empower young people to thrive.
  • Foster social inclusion by offering safe spaces and positive peer networks.
  • Champion equal access to healthcare, rehabilitation, and psychosocial support.
  • Support the creation of youth-led enterprises and community initiatives that drive sustainable change.
